Join our team at Barony. We are the largest manufacturer in the East Ayrshire with over 150 employees and almost a quarter joined as an apprentice. Our family owned business supplies wood-based materials to the furniture, interior design, building and flooring industries across the world. You will probably have some EGGER products in your home, whether it be laminate flooring, wardrobe doors or even your kitchen worktop!
All of our apprenticeships lead to a Level 3 Scottish Vocational Qualification. Mechanical and Electrical apprentices also work towards the related Higher National Certificate, and Production apprentices will also complete a technical qualification in Performing Engineering Operations (level 5).
Our apprenticeship programme is award winning and has won awards from the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards 2019, S1 Jobs Awards 2019 and the Ayrshire Business Awards 2019.
