In Congdon Yards, a new unique gathering and entertaining space has been created for the Hight Point, North Carolina community. This bold and transformative renovation of the hosiery mill is an updated and fantastic re-envisioning of how historic building can be new again.
EGGER products complement the strength and durability of the building which was constructed in 1920. EGGER products were used specifically for the kitchenettes. There are three different ones: the co-working kitchenette, corporate event kitchenette, and corporate meeting kitchenette. H3195 ST19 White Fineline can be found on the cupboard doors and the inviting bar tables in the communal areas and the kitchen on the 2nd floor. The Fineline decor shows naturalness and liveliness in the lines and can be easily combined with surfaces with a material character without appearing too dominant.
H1701 ST33 White Tossini Elm is showcased in the 3rd floor optimal lobby space makes visitors feel right at home when exiting the elevators. It’s featured on cabinet doors. The elegant and natural decor paired with unique artworks for the waiting area interiors are not only visually appealing but practical. The authentic character and light color of H1180 ST37 Natural Halifax Oak’s align with Congdon Yards' therapeutic goals, creating a visually stimulating yet welcoming atmosphere that fosters delight and positivity. With its striking cracks and knots, the H1180 ST37 Natural Halifax Oak fulfils the desire for nature and authenticity in the living room. It can be combined very well with modern materials such as metal, glass and stone.
