If you consent to it, we will save your data in our digital talent pool and take you into account for new vacancies.

3. Fast processing and ongoing information
It is not only important for us as a company to quickly fill vacancies. We also want to prevent applicants from waiting too long and feeling uncertain. You will receive ongoing information with regard to the current state of your application.
4. Personnel selection procedures
If your profile fits our job description, then we invite you to an initial meeting to get to know you personally. This includes:
- Questions about your background and your motivation for the application
- Presentation of the position
- Time for your questions
Before we make a final decision, we invite the best candidates for a second interview. The second interview is always very practice-oriented. We ask you to provide the solution to a practical example or give you the opportunity to get to know your future workplace.
5. Time for onboarding and to meet the team
Step by step, we prepare our new colleagues for their future tasks.
- Planned onboarding phase into general, company-specific, and subject-specific topics
- Feedback talk with the line supervisor
We regularly organise an introductory event for all new employees, including a plant tour which provides you with a general overview of the EGGER Group and allows you to get to know your colleagues.
