By employees, for employees. "EGGER Compact" is a training series that started in May 2016. Different modules focus on the different areas and their challenges. It is important to us that the training courses are varied, practical and interactive - our more than 100 internal trainers have prepared exciting insights, exercises and group work. Together with the manager, the most relevant modules are selected from a total of nine. The core areas of our company are explained to all employees in 3 modules. These includeour raw materials, our production and our products.
These contents are combined in a one-day training session for our industrial employees and offered in line with the shift schedule. Our training series has already won multiple awards. We are particularly pleased to have been awarded first place at the HR Excellence Award 2017, as we were entered into the race with true greats in German-speaking countries such as VW Group, Bosch and many more.
