EGGER merges timber production in the sawmill with the production of particleboard, MDF, and even the production of laminate flooring in one location.
Innovative sawing technologies as well as the use of the fully integrated Brilon plant guarantee significant advantages. We have a direct link with the railway network, providing environmentally-friendly transportation and supply structures. This structure as a fully integrated location prevents up to 5,800 trips from tractor-trailers annually.
There are similar systems at our locations in Wismar (Germany) and in Radauti (Romania).
