Shift models change from site to site, but all EGGER locations share the same 3-shift system.
Early: 6 am - 2 pm

Reliable scheduling
We understand how important it is to have reliable information when planning ahead. At EGGER, you will know when you will be working the following month no later than the 15th of the current month. In some models, we schedule shifts up to a year in advance. While we enjoy planning, we do stay flexible. We will help you transition to a more convenient shift should your personal circumstances change.

Flextime
EGGER offers flextime for those who don't work shifts. This means that outside of core hours, and depending on your workload, you decide when your workday starts and ends. Many coworkers adjust their schedules so they can leave at noon on Friday and start the weekend early.
Part-time
When negotiating part-time work, it is up to you and your team to find a mutually beneficial arrangement. We actively promote flexible working hours, for example, by offering financial assistance for childcare expenses for employees working 20 hours or more per week.
