Safety is our top priority. That means we all understand physical limits; we know every tool available to us and when to use it; and we flag tasks that need a helping hand or a team effort.

In terms of barriers, that’s a definite “it depends”. If you love living life on a whim, shift work may not be for you. But if you like your life structured, shift work can be the way to go.

Our shifts start and end on the dot, and schedules let you plan a full year ahead. A valuable benefit if you need to coordinate schedules for, say, care commitments or quality time with loved ones. And it’s a boon for everyone who simply enjoys personal time inside traditional office hours.

No tech skills? No problem. Tech-related experience in your CV is great, but it's not a must for a role in or related to manufacturing at EGGER.

You may have experience organizing a group, keeping people on track and on schedule. Do you have a keen eye for detail? You like being reliable? All of these are “transferable” skills, and they are valuable to us.

When it comes to tech skills? All you need is enthusiasm to learn; the rest we can teach you.

Does EGGER have an induction program for new employees?

Our step-by-step process prepares you for your new role and responsibilities. It’s designed to help you settle in quickly and smoothly.
On your first day, you will meet the team and learn more about our company and operations.
In your first weeks, we will introduce you to general, company-specific, and specialist topics. You will sit down with your line manager or supervisor for a feedback meeting.
A colleague from your department will be your “buddy.” They will show you around and provide advice and support.

How does the employee referral program work?
