Laminate surfaces should not be used as a cutting surface as this can also leave cutting marks on highly resistant laminate surfaces. Always use a chopping board.
Our 20 mm worktops with laminate surface are an affordable alternative to a solid stone, offering the look of stone without the high maintenance or cost. They are easy to install and lightweight compared to solid stone, which means less strain on your kitchen cabinets and easier handling during fitting.
Due to their lower thickness, thin worktops require special connectors. EGGER offers corresponding connectors as a set suitable for 12 mm thick worktops (for Compact Laminate), which can also be used for the 20 mm worktops.
