When Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) moved into The Grove shared office building in Raleigh, NC, they wanted more than just an office – they envisioned a workplace destination. Partnering with designers, the goal was to create an environment that blends hospitality with professional functionality. CRI’s new office called for a warm, approachable aesthetic that balances productivity with comfort. By incorporating hospitality-inspired elements, the space encourages collaboration while providing employees and visitors with a sense of ease and refinement. EGGER’s Natural Casella Oak (H1385 ST40) was chosen for its authentic woodgrain character and tactile surface. Applied across floating furniture, entrance slats, breakroom casework and design accents, the decor infuses the office with organic warmth and timeless elegance. The finished space delivers an elevated workplace experience. Natural Casella Oak creates a cohesive design language that resonates with CRI’s commitment to client service and employee well-being, transforming the office into a welcoming destination within The Grove.
