Residence Beaux-Arts combines flats, a care hotel and a public restaurant under the concept of a boutique hotel.
The residential complex in Ghent was completed and commissioned in July 2022. The 2670 m² includes 29 flats and 18 assisted living apartments. The main thought behind this project was to meet safety and care requirements as well as create a cosy living experience for residents. The H3734 ST9 Dijon Walnut is the common thread running through the timeless design. With its warm wood nuance it contributes to an inviting atmosphere. In the restaurant, the walnut decor can be found on the chef's table, the window frames, the wall cladding and the wine cabinets. The green tiles and burnt orange armchairs work as a contrast here. Above the tiled bar, the patterned crossbars in H3734 ST9 Dijon Walnut add depth to the space. The decor was used in its Flammex variant in the public areas, such as the restaurant and the corridors, where there are increased safety requirements.
