In our industry, shift work is critical. But working unusual and changing hours should pay off for you. That's why we pay shift differentials above the industry standard and use a straightforward and transparent model.

  • Reliable on-time payment

Depending on your role at EGGER, we pay shift allowances, for example, for:

Flexitime

EGGER offers flexitime for those who don't work shifts. This means that outside of core hours, and depending on your workload, you decide when your workday starts and ends. Many coworkers adjust their schedules so they can leave at noon on Friday and start the weekend early.

Time for loved ones

Having a fixed full-time schedule can make attending to pressing personal matters difficult. Something as simple as seeing a doctor or dentist can turn into a challenge. At EGGER, we have established a supportive environment that helps you to balance work and personal responsibilities.

  • Part-time options for parents-to-be
  • Flexibility in arranging working hours
