Production

Our people working in production are all about the product. They produce it, monitor its quality, and optimise overall energy efficiency while fully automated systems and machines handle the repetitive and more tedious production tasks. It’s an ideal environment for people who enjoy working with practical things they can see and touch.

Maintenance, development, and optimisation

We develop our own products and processes. On-site maintenance teams supervise, operate, and maintain our systems and machinery.

Our coworkers at the Technical Competence Centre work on innovations and optimise our processes. They keep processes running smoothly and help ensure the quality our customers have come to love and trust.

Procurement, warehousing, and logistics

Our procurement department is responsible for sourcing wood, paper, and other materials. Those who work for us in warehousing and logistics move raw materials and products. This includes keeping our sustainable closed cycles of resources running smoothly.

The teams that prepare and plan the production of our wood-based materials also ensure efficient resource use. Teams at the interface between production and sales focus on getting our products to customers exactly when and where they need them.

Our teams in organisation and controlling ensure smooth processes and—crucially—healthy finances across all EGGER sites. They take care of the people who work for us, legal issues, and everything related to financials.
