The management of EGGER Holzwerkstoffe GmbH consists of Walter Schiegl (CTO, Production, Technology, and Purchasing), Ulrich Bühler (CSO, Marketing, Sales, and Communication) and Thomas Leissing (Management speaker, CFO, Finances, Logistics, and Human Resources).

Group management is supported by Group employees, in the areas of Technology, Production, Marketing, IT, Logistics, Human Resources, Accounting, Law & Taxes, and Treasury. Country and division management lead daily business on a hierarchy level underneath the Group management. Located hierarchically underneath are the plant management teams, responsible for each EGGER locations worldwide.
EGGER has an internal control system to support the efficiency of company processes and to increase the reliability of financial reporting and compliance with relevant legislation. In the context of the corporate audit through an external auditor, one company department receives special attention every year.
EGGER performs regular internal audits to strive for continuous improvement of process organization and process optimization.
We rely on management teams to run our organizational units. There is one person each responsible for production and technology, marketing and sales, logistics as well as finance and administration. This applies to Group Management, Division Management and all regional Plant Management teams. In addition, there are staff members responsible for technology, production, purchasing, marketing, communication, sales controlling, IT, logistics, human resources, accounting, treasury, legal and taxes.
