We proudly present the first design floor with SelfRepair effect! The secret to self-repair lies in the top layer of our Design Flooring. It consists of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which gives the floor its special memory function. In case of deformations, the surface “remembers” its original structure and reproduces this at room temperature within a short space of time. You can thus rearrange the furnishings in the room as it pleases you: And the floor will always look brand new!

TPU, an unfamiliar abbreviation to many, is a rubbery material which is extremely hard-wearing, scratch-resistant, shock-resistant and also UV-resistant thanks to its special structure. In other words, TPU offers exactly the right characteristics for a robust floor covering! The TPU top layer is odourless and free of contaminants, PVC as well as plasticisers. In the case of the EGGER Design Flooring, it is applied to an ultra-dense wood fibre board. Thus the foundation of your floor consists solely of components which promote a healthy home!
