Thus, each employee has the opportunity to develop both within their own location or, for certain programmes, outside the plant.
In order to bring the utmost appreciation to our employees, the ideal mix is the key to success for us. From classroom programmes, to online courses, to combinations of online and presence offerings, the appropriate format is chosen depending on the training goal and target group. In addition, there are also individual measures, such as coaching or a "Multi Source Feedback" for line supervisors.
