Start Up is our answer to these requirements.
Start Up prepares career starters with the ability to adapt and understand other, across departments and on an international level. Skills that are important to their future career at EGGER.
They are integrated into their specialized fields from the start and take on the responsibility for their own tasks and development.
During the 12-month English-language program, our new colleagues plan their development measures independently. These consist of a combination of international trainings, local trainings from our EGGER Campus, job sensings and learning the ins and outs of day-to-day business activity. During this phase they are supported by their manager and mentor.
In addition, a mentor is on hand to answer any questions they may have. Start Up participants are also paired with a learning partner from the Start Up Groups.
In this International and English-language program, potential junior executives are prepared for a possible position in management. The development program focuses on the basics of leadership and general management principles - including practical implementation in an international context.

Based on our EGGER leadership principles, we offer various Impulse Workshops. Here we promote personal development and ensure that our managers lead and accompany their teams according to our principles, thus creating the basis for joint success.
Intensive discussions with colleagues and networking activities are core elements of the workshop design. The methods vary from face-to-face exercises to group work. We always work on real practical examples of the participants.
Every two years we hold leadership conference for our top management. Our leadership principles, our values, vision, and corporate strategy, form the basis of the two day conference.
Through multiple topics and formats, participants are offered a wide range of content, as well as the experience of numerous colleagues, giving them the opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
