Strengthening our team to help you

Timberpak has a small and dedicated team and as our business continues to grow we’ve welcomed some new faces and undertaken some restructuring to the business.

Firstly, our Customer Services Team has been strengthened with the internal appointment of a Customer Services Administrator. Victoria Edwards is now the central point of contact for all new enquiries and issuing of quotes and is based in our Customer Services Team at Timberpak North East. You will be hearing from Victoria very soon when she sends out this year’s Customer Survey.

The management team has also been strengthened by a new Business Analyst role. Gerald Huber, has recently joined Timberpak and is looking at how we can improve both our efficiencies and streamline the business to benefit customers, suppliers and Timberpak itself.

Due to the increased volumes at our Timberpak North East, Yorkshire and Scotland sites, we have also recruited additional weighbridge assistance to improve delivery throughput.

At Timberpak North East, Paul Thomas brings his great knowledge of material quality from his previous Timberpak role as Yard Traffic Controller role and is an ideal candidate to assist Laura. We are now recruiting to fill the positon vacated by Paul.

Timberpak Scotland has seen the external appointment of Robyn McLaughlin to the team, she has settled into her role well and assists Stacey. We are now in the final stages of finding the right individual to assist Carol at Leeds.

We wish them well in their new roles and hopefully you will get to meet our friendly, new faces on your next visit to Timberpak.
