Letsrecycle Live is a new trade show that took place from 22nd-23rd May at the NAEC Coventry, bringing together some of the biggest names in the recycling industry.
Timberpak exhibited with a 9 x 5m stand that was created using recyclable EGGER materials.
The tables were made from chipboard produced at the EGGER Hexham plant and the flooring was made from EGGER Protect, the company’s market leading structural flooring panel. Elements such as the door to the stand’s back office and the game cabinet were made from solid wood and chipboard which can both be recycled at Timberpak. Non-wooden elements such as the metal struts holding the panels together can also be sent on for recycling.
Custom EGGER ‘E’ stools were commissioned for the stand, created by Leeds Wood Recycling, a social enterprise and partner of Timberpak that creates a range of wood products and furniture using waste wood.
Gavin Ball, Customer Relationship Manager at Timberpak Ltd said: “Overall, we were really pleased with how the event went. The visitors who came were perfect for us and had a good understanding of the industry. The venue itself looked professional, and the team at Letsrecycle were great to work with. Our game to win Egger Beer was also a big success!”
