It is important that our employees are able to save for their retirement and EGGER operates a contributory pension scheme which allows employees to make payments and boost pension contributions through tax and National Insurance saving schemes.
Employees who are members of the main Company Retirement Plan (with Standard Life) are eligible to be covered by the Company’s Life Assurance Scheme, thus providing some additional support and peace of mind.
We also operate a nursery voucher system which helps employees with their childcare costs, and the Cycle to Work scheme which helps them purchase a bike for travel to work.

We value that at EGGER and our long service recognition payment awards start at 10 years and increase significantly with longer periods of service.

Our employees can relax in the plant restaurant at Hexham. Additionally, there is a high standard of welfare facilities across our sites.
