EGGER inaugural class of North Carolina apprentices begins training and education

EGGER officially began its Lexington, N.C. apprenticeship program in September 2018 in partnership with Davidson County Community College (DCCC).
The program is a key part of EGGER’s effort to develop a highly skilled workforce for its new facility in Lexington while reinvesting in the local community.
Students enrolled in the apprenticeship program will receive four years of paid training and a scholarship to earn an associate degree from DCCC. Classes and hands-on job training will educate apprentices in the theory and practice of the mechanical and electrical technician trade. Program participants will also be guaranteed full-time employment at EGGER following graduation. For more information about the apprenticeship program and employment opportunities at EGGER, please visit Working at EGGER in Lexington.
