Villa with a holistic design concept

In this newly built single-family home, a well thought-out concept created a holistic appearance in all rooms. The customer's individual requirements were the main focus. A coordinated lighting design was integrated to match the interior design.

A particular highlight of this project is the sliding TV wall in the bedroom. According to the fabricator, it was a challenge to place the cables in such a way that they are concealed and do not kink. The slats that were affixed to the sliding wall can also be found behind the bed. The woodgrain decor H3311 TM28 Bleached Cuneo Oak, which has a less rustic and therefore more timeless look thanks to its fine knots, was used to create a harmonious room appearance. The TM28 PerfectSense Feelwood Nature Matt synchronised lacquer surface perfects the natural character through the combination of synchronicity and a matt look and feel.

The U767 ST9 Cubanit Grey decor was chosen for the bed to match the Bleached Cuneo Oak. The grey nuance radiates a pleasant warmth and harmonises perfectly with the woodgrain decor.

In the living room, the back panel of the TV was covered with W1000 ST9 Premium White , as this decor is particularly opaque and has a very high-quality appearance. The special feature of this back panel is that smooth boards with a milled slatted look were used for the cladding left and right. This serves to hide the cables required for the TV. The floating sideboard in the U702 ST9 decor and the customised TV case frame the television and round off the overall look. Cashmere Grey brings warmth into the room and looks minimalist and cosy at the same time. The shelves to the left and right of the TV wall, which use the U960 ST9 Onyx Grey decor, give the room an open and friendly character. Indirect lighting also adds a floating and light appearance to the living room.

An elegant W1101 ST9 compact laminate serves as a robust solution for the dining table. Its seamless surface makes it easy to clean and gives the impression of being fully lacquered.

The bathroom was kept very simple with U727 ST9 Stone Grey. This decor gives the room an elegant and timeless look. The storage surface under the window in the H3311 TM28 Bleached Cuneo Oak decor creates an accent.

In the office, the U702 ST9 Cashmere Grey decor was chosen for the floating shelves and the desk, as grey is a neutral colour and creates a pleasant ambient atmosphere thanks to its warm appearance. The interior walls of the cabinet are finished in W1000 ST9 Premium White and look high-quality thanks to the opacity of the white nuance.

The dressing room features a wardrobe in the combination of U727 ST9 Stone Grey and H3311 TM28 Bleached Cuneo Oak. The chosen decors complement each other well: Grey conveys neutrality and modernity, while the wood reproduction lends natural warmth.

The W1000 ST9 Premium White decor was used in both the gallery and the children's room. The cosy and inviting seating area by the window on the upper floor is particularly noteworthy.
