YOUR PROSPECTS AT EGGER
As an intern, you should ideally work with us from three to six months. In addition to set out targets, you will receive a mentor, regular feedback and a concluding potential interview with a performance assessment. Our goal is to offer as many young professionals, specialists and experts, who have interned at EGGER, full time employment with us.
Michael Moser talks about his experience:
“I have been working as Personnel Officer in Wismar since October 2016. During my studies, I earned a little extra money working in the ContiRoll department at St. Johann plant in Tyrol. During my last semester I applied for an internship in the Corporate HR and was able to develop my skills, giving me the opportunity to hit the ground running in Wismar”.

NETWORKING
It’s important to us that our interns use their time here to properly network. Therefore we offer introductory events with factory tours or activities specially designed for interns.
Together you will gain a deeper insight into your EGGER location and get to know one another.
