I am responsible for chipboard production, overseeing efficiency, quality, and all aspects of safety. My line starts at the gluing department, and we manage the entire process up to the sanding line. I work closely with the managers of four shifts (+114 employees in the Raw Board department) and 11 team members in my section to keep the line running 24/7.

I started working at the EGGER Biskupiec plant in 2018. Section Leader Raw Board is my third role in seven years
Finding solutions where production line and management intersect
I sit at the heart of the production line, and my daily work is dynamic: onboarding employees, providing mediation and guidance, overseeing quality and safety, attending meetings and projects, and handling emergency shifts. Being available and solving unexpected issues is crucial for me. Since there are only so many hours in a day, we strive to make the most of them
Along for the ride in a fast-moving company
I focus on gaining more experience and developing my leadership and management skills. But I enjoy challenges. I have completed training such as Lean Expert and EGGER Leadership Principles.
What is truly great about EGGER is that it is a fast-growing company that values employee commitment. With new sites opening and existing locations expanding worldwide, new opportunities are constantly emerging. At EGGER, I feel at home, and I am excited to see where this journey will take me.
