Cross-departmental training courses
True to the motto "Together we inspire, together we develop ourselves further", we offer our employees a multifaceted range of cross-departmental development opportunities. These promote both forms of cooperation (including project management, teamwork), as well as the understanding of complex relationships and the recognition of optimisation possibilities (including Six Sigma).
Furthermore, a variety of training courses are offered to promote entrepreneurial thinking, as well as for personal development, such as time and self-management events.
Subject-specific training courses
Subject-specific training courses range from department-wide first aid and fire safety training, to technical training such as a forklift driver's license, right through to legal courses for relevant positions.
Here too, employees often have the opportunity to learn very hands-on and first-hand from internal trainers.
