EGGER opens 16 th. plant of the group in Romania In the middle of September the Austrian wood materials manufacturer EGGER officially opened the 16 th. plant of the group in the Romanian town of Radauti. „I would like to express my thanks to all those that have participated in this mammoth project, and who contributed towards the punctual completion of the location“, remarked Michael Egger at the opening ceremony in front of numerous guests from politics, clergy and industry. EGGER has invested a total of 210 Million Euros in the new plant. Not lastly 400 new jobs have been created through the new location.
