Following the 'innovation year' of EGGER E.F.P., FEELWOOD will be Introduced. A new flooring concept, which the EGGER E.F.P. team has been feverishly working on in the past few months, will have its first public presentation in May. "FEELWOOD" is the first real symbiosis between the advantages coming from the world of laminates and those of real block parquet.
The new product already visually fascinates with the small size of 855 x 90 mm and the micro-chamfer. The installed floor provides exquisite, high-quality room appearance, which up to now could only be achieved with block parquet. A new material composition also gives an acoustic surprise: the agreeably melodious wood tone is only comparable to that of solid wood parquet. With the new size, specially developed decors and surface texture giving the image of a high lacquer finish, FEELWOOD positions itself in the high-class category of parquet flooring: Already last year, the laminate flooring specialist EGGER E.F.P. continuously presented new developments to the market: GlobART, Terra, Tosca and FLOORLINE Lifestyes; the young team has reacted to the internationally difficult economic situation with a multitude of innovations and new products. The new FLOORLINE collection was the highlight of the past financial year. Thanks to the response of the visitors at this year's BAU in Munich, a striking success is to be expected. The classification of all decors according to life style was met with great enthusiasm: by using this decor classification, traders are able to demonstrate highest advisory quality and competence to the end customer. Stefan Pletzer, managing director of the young company said: "In view of a difficult economic situation, the customer appreciates innovations which bring about a measurable added value.
