As the world won´t stand still in décor development and people are constantly asking for the latest design trends, EGGER will enlarge the delivery programme by 6 trend decors. The success concept of 90+60+90 will remain the same, new is : 90+6!

Two years after its launch in the market the 90+60+90 collection is now undoubtedly accepted in the industry due to the diversity of its 240 decors and its absolute faithfulness to deadlines. The collection with ideal dimensions will also remain the measure of all things with decorative wood-based materials in the next two years to come. However, the world also won’t stand still in decor development and innovative distributors, creative manufacturers and architects are constantly asking for the latest design trends. That’s why our delivery programme will be enlarged by 6 absolute trend decors with matching EGGER colours (Eurodekor, laminate, melamine and PVC safety edging). The successful concept of 90+60+90 will remain the same, what is new is the plus. Thus: 90+6!

Metallic effects, trendy wood decors and matt surfaces
The enlargement of the collection is oriented to the current trends which EGGER sets for decors on the market: This includes decors following the headlines of the past two years like "Warmth creates value" or "Harmonious contrasts". The Quartz series in bahama and lava is particularly suitable for these combination topics as it shows improved combinability with its metallic effects. On the other hand wood reproductions which in addition strengthen the existing decors in the veneer reproductions which are very much in demand like Tobacco Aida Walnut, Natural light Ferrara Oak and Romana Cherry and are shown with colours matching with the above-mentioned trend topics. And last but not least the distinctly striped Zebrano decor, a newly developed tropical wood decor which sets strong accents in every furniture front, both horizontally and vertically installed. This design will surprise many designers with its possibilities of combinations.

Half of the new decors are Perfect Matt – ST9
Another characteristic feature of 90+6: half of the new decors are matt. More exactly: Perfect Matt – ST9 and therefore their visual appeal and quality of touch comes very close to real wood veneer in their appearance and touch. ST9 furthermore has the unbeatable advantage that it is more resistant to scratches than matt precursors in matt decors and it is possible to also use it with darker decors without any problems.

Trend cards and design examples in the design consultant
Within a few weeks the new trend card 90+6 will be available from EGGER select distributors to joiner/carpenter companies in Germany. These decors will of course have their place in the further development of the EGGER design consultant. Together with the planned enlargement by the new decor cards design examples with the six new decors will be delivered in autumn.
