Acquisition of 50% holding in Austrian company Novopan, based in Leoben (A)

As part of EGGER’s investment in the Austrian company Novopan the outdated chipboard plant in Styria was completely renovated and modernised using EGGER’s technical expertise and experience.

1952 the Austrian company Novopan is producing chipboards at the first time in Austria. The company is the property of the heirs of the Dr. Franz Mayr Melnhof Saurau and the Fritz Egger GmbH in St. Johann each per 50 %.
