Acquisition of Pannovosges S.A. in Rambervillers (F)

The EGGER group has taken over with 100 % the french wood-based materials specialist Pannavosges in Rambervillers (Vogeses) and its sales subsidiary PISA through its french company Egger ROL on October 1st, 2000. Beside a 43,5 m long contiRoll raw board press the plant has 2 short cycle presses, 2 schelling saws and a moulding longitudinally and crossways plant. In 2004 a new coating plant is installed in the Rambervillers plant. The new short cycle press will produce in the company format 5,61 m x 2,07 m following the synergy effects of the other EGGER plants.
