Starting on the job |
A selective training plan and “On The Job Training" will facilitate your start in the job. You will assume responsibility very quickly. Egger will offer you the opportunity to develop your professional and personal abilities further, according to your strengths.
Our Training Department will support you with a wide variety of internal and external training courses that we have on offer. During annual appraisal interviews with your supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to elaborate and agree on new objectives for the coming year.
