Would you be interested in finding out how state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities produce our wood-based products?

We can provide you with the opportunity to learn about the whole production process from the delivery of our raw materials right through to the finished products coming off the line.

Tours of the plant last approximately 1.5 hours on foot and operate Monday to Friday.  We ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice to schedule an appointment for a tour.  Groups of up to 18 people can take the tour at any one time.

Important Visitor Guidelines:

1. Individuals must be a minimum of 10 years of age to tour the facility
2. Any visitor under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
3. No photography or video cameras are allowed during the tour
4. Mobile phones are not  to be used during the tour
5. Closed-toe, low heeled shoes must be worn
6. Safety is important to us. Visitors will be provided with hi-vis vests and must stay with the group and the tour guide during the tour
